In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "cc6ph0," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to cc6ph0 and its associated online gaming services accessible at cc6ph0.cam.

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cc6ph0 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cc6ph0 will close all accounts involved, forfeit any balances held therein, and void all pending or historical bonus claims.

You are solely responsible for:

Where cc6ph0 is found liable under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of cc6ph0 to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits cc6ph0's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
